Greene Ridge is owned and operated by Bobby Taylor, a native of Snow Hill and a life-long player and advocate for tennis, and his wife, Carol Taylor. In 2020, the Taylor family received the North Carolina Tennis Family of the Year award by NC Tennis. The Lenoir Community College “Snow Hill Tennis Classic” that Bobby started 42 years ago (well before GRRC was founded) has won Southern North Carolina Tournament of the Year on a few occasions over the last decade.

Since opening in April 2000, Green Ridge Racquet Club has been a gathering place for tennis enthusiasts, families, and fitness lovers in Snow Hill, NC. Founded by Bobby Taylor and his wife, Carol, and still proudly family-owned and operated.
